Today we will consider what success is and where it stands. Sometimes we are used to measuring our success or fulfillment by comparing ourselves to others. This is called referencing the object, looking outside for external validation. It is also common for us to overlook the opportunities for success inherent in our setbacks or failures. Through meditation we learn that everything we want, need and desire is already in ourselves and that the seeds of success are embedded in all the setbacks that we become aware of. It is in self-reference, looking inward, where true fullness resides.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson put it: “Success: Laughing a lot and often, earning the respect of smart people and the affection of children, appreciating beauty, finding the best in others, leaving the world a little better than before, well be it with a healthy child, a garden or the redemption of a social condition, knowing that at least one life has breathed more easily because you have lived. This is to have succeeded ».
Moment of consciousness
Discover the seeds.
Take a moment today to think about a situation that you feel is a setback or a failure. From this perspective, try to identify opportunities that could lead you on the road to success. Write the steps you can take to make your vision come true. You can apply this exercise to all areas of your life. Take the time to observe each challenging situation and find the seeds of success that will bring greater abundance into your life.
Task day 6- Affirmation of prosperity and money
1- Affirmation: I, (your full name), today I begin to create a new relationship with money. Money is good, clean and useful for my growth, fulfillment and well-being. Money brings positive things to my life. The success that I have brings money and wealth for me and for those around me. I deserve to be prosperous and have money in abundance. Money is my friend and money increases every day where I invest it. Success and money are always with me, here and now. I ask my ancestors, who suffered hardships due to lack of money, to bless me and give me permission to do it differently.
2- This statement must be written at least 3 times, but better if you do it 10 times, in the notebook that you have destined to do the tasks.
3- You must record a voice memo with the affirmation. (It is only said once in the audio).
4- This activity so far one of the longest, which I recommend that you have more time than you invested in the previous tasks, prepare your hand to write.
5- Summary: make the statement, at least 10 times and record an audio. You must both pass it through the group. If you don’t want to pass the audio, at least screenshot the recorded file.
